Tracking updates come from the carrier, and the first scan can take a few business days to appear while your parcel is collected and sorted. A pause in tracking usually doesn't mean your parcel is lost: it can still be on its way between two locations.
- International parcels often go a few days without a new scan, then update again at the next stop.
- Weekends and public holidays can add a day or two.

Standard delivery takes 6 to 14 business days after processing. Past that, and still no update? Read what to do if your order is late, or send us a message with your order number.
