My parcel is being returned to the sender

Contact the local carrier shown in your tracking as soon as possible: depending on where your parcel is, they may still be able to deliver it again, hold it for pickup or stop the return.

A parcel goes back to the sender when, for example:

  • the address was incorrect or incomplete
  • several delivery attempts didn't work
  • it wasn't picked up from the carrier in time
  • the delivery was refused

Don't know the carrier? Send us a message with your order number. We'll send you the carrier's name, your tracking number and their contact details.

Carrier confirms they can't deliver it? Send us their case or reference number. Once we've verified it, we'll send you a free replacement.
