Some orders ship in separate packages. First check your shipping emails and our tracking page to see whether the missing item is still on its way.
Everything delivered and still something missing? Send us a message and include:
- your full name and order number
- the name of the missing item
- a photo of everything you received
- a photo of the parcel and its shipping label
Please keep the packaging until we've reviewed your request. Once we've checked it, we'll send you the missing item free of charge.
