That's frustrating! Often the parcel turns up quickly. First check:
- around your home and any safe place, such as a porch or mailbox
- with people in your household
- with neighbors or your building's reception
- your tracking page for delivery notes, the exact location and a photo of the delivery
Carriers sometimes mark a parcel as delivered a little before it actually arrives, so give it 24 hours.
Still nothing? Contact the local carrier shown in your tracking: they delivered the parcel and can check with the driver where it was left.
