The $29.99 charge is for the Gentle Gains Club membership, our online workout platform. It started as a 14-day free trial when you bought your toning band, and after the trial it renews at $29.99 every 28 days until you cancel.
On your bank statement it usually shows as GENTLE GAINS CLUB, GENTLEGAINS.COM or G Club. It is separate from your product order, so you can see it even if you haven't ordered anything else.
The membership is billed in US dollars. If your card is in Australian or Canadian dollars, for example, your bank converts the $29.99, so the amount on your statement looks different.
Don't want the membership? You can cancel it any time and you won't be charged again.
