How do I return my order?

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. Send us a message first: we'll send you the return instructions.

1.  Send us a message with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason. Add photos if something is damaged or faulty.
2.  Wait for our return instructions before you send anything back.
3.  Send it back as we explain, preferably with a tracked shipping service.

To be returned, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, is faulty or is the wrong item.

Once we've received and checked your return, we refund it to your original payment method. How long a refund takes.
