Once your refund is approved, we send it to your original payment method. Most refunds show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
- Returns: we refund after we've received and checked the returned item.
- Canceled orders: we refund once the cancellation is confirmed.
- Shipping costs: the original shipping charges may not be refundable, unless the item arrived damaged, is faulty or is the wrong item.
