You can cancel any time on our membership management page. Once it's canceled, the membership won't renew and you won't be charged again.
- Open the cancellation portal from the membership management page.
- Enter the email address you used for your order, so we can find your membership.
- Follow the steps and keep the confirmation for your records.
Can't use the portal? Send us a message with the email address you ordered with. We'll cancel it and confirm by email.
Good to know
Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next payment. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments already made aren't refunded automatically: read about refunds.
